Wellcome to the Stress relief course
In this course you will obtain valuable practical tools to manage stress; a disease that increasingly afflicts more people who live immersed in the accelerated pace of large cities.
You will know what stress is, how it affects our health and the factors that generate it. Above all, we will present you with a series of tools and tips that will help you, in a simple way, to control or avoid much of your stress.
